 According To Hoyle has been in business since 1986-1987 and is currently doing business in Florida, Ohio & Michigan. They have  done consulting work in other States and are a known name in the Auction Industry. Bill Hoyle founded the Company and is a graduate  of Repperts School of Auctioneering, and carries the coveted designations of AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) and CAI  (Certified Auctioneers Institute). He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and the Auction Marketing Institute  (AMI). Bill also is a designee of the (NRAI) with a GSA (Graduate Senior Appraiser) status.

After receiving multiple awards in the Real Estate Industry, Bill decided to add the specialization of Auction Marketing to the menu of services. He has participated in over 2,000 sales. Bill has taught for various Realtors including the Toledo Board of Realtors, Office groups, Companies and for the Toledo Bar Association. He has also done several seminars for Real Estate Companies including Companies in Florida, Ohio & Michigan. He managed an auction division of one of the largest Real Estate Companies in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

Terrie Hoyle is an integral part the Company and has been in the Real Estate Business since 1987. Terrie is licensed in both Florida and Ohio and holds a Mortgage Brokers License in Florida.  Along with the staff, the Company has been involved with a variety of sales including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, businesses, multi-family, income producing and investment, golf course, marina, trophy homes, waterfront, land, lots and much more! They have the know-how to handle almost any property and have affiliated specialists to conduct successful sales from small to multimillion dollar sales.

Heather Hoyle Jones is part of our Group, she has been working with us since she was 15 years old. She is Licensed to sell Real Estate in Florida and is a Senior Loan officer. Heather has Title experience and will help you through the financing part of your transaction as well. 11 years of experience!
